Estimates
Prices on this site are 2026 ranges for the Summerville area so you can budget. The price you pay is the written, itemized estimate you receive after an on-site measurement, and it's good for the period stated on it (normally 30 days). An estimate is not a contract until you've approved it in writing and the work is scheduled.
Who does the work
Concrete work arranged through this site is performed by independent crews holding South Carolina's Residential Specialty Contractor registration and, for structural work over $5,000, working under a Residential Builder license, and carrying general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Registration, license and certificate are available before you sign. See our referral marketing disclosure.
Permits, easements and coverage
We identify which authority permits your apron and file the permit; permit fees are shown as their own line. We read your plat for easements and run the Town's or county's lot-coverage math before quoting, but the recorded plat, the current zoning and the permit office control. Foundations are built to the structural engineer's stamped plan and the applicable seismic design category; the engineer's fee is separate unless the estimate says otherwise.
Payment
No deposit is due until you've approved the written price and the work is scheduled. Residential flatwork is normally paid on completion; foundation work may be staged at the inspections, as stated on the estimate.
Website
The content on this site is general information about concrete and the rules that apply to it in the Summerville area and is not an engineering opinion, legal advice or a permit determination for your property. Ordinances, fees and maps change; the Town's, counties' and SCDOT's current rules control. See the disclaimer. We may change this site and these terms at any time.
